HSF for P4 socket 423?

I hear a lot about AMD and P4 Socket 478 cooling on here, but what about socket 423? Are the stock heatsink and fan sufficient for moderate overclocking? I've gotten it up to 1515 Mhz without much change in temperature, (40 C idle, 48 C load). Can I go higher? I have searched for them but it seems most are for the 478. Are these heatsinks compatible with my 423? Thank you for your input. Here is my system.

P4 1.4 Willamette
512 MB RD Ram
ABIT TH7-Raid
Leadtek Geforce 2 Pro 64 Meg DDR
Generic case (2 generic 80mm fans. front sucking in, rear blowing out)
Sparkle 300 W PSU
2 20gig Western Digital HDD (RAID - 0)
CD, DVD, Burner
