I'm making a Mid Tower Server pc using 2x dualcore opteron 275's s940. I don't really want to use the stock hsf and I cant decide on a good one for it. I know I want to use a HSf and not water cooling or anything that requires alot of room. If anyone has any suggestions i'd be greatful. The motherboard is an extended atx

I can't say for sure but I would think so. If not the Alpha PAL-8150 should definitely fit and still give you very good performance.

Yes it will be fine. They have a low center of gravity so they won't actually be putting much stress at all on the board.

If you have the newer quad heatpipe / 80mm stock coolers, they may be worth trying out. Those are supposed to be quite good.
