HSF for a 3.2 dual core?

I just bought a Pentium D 840 Dual Core 3.2 to replace my 3.0 HT chip... It's in a Dell 9100 with the big, front ported HSF that they build into the cases.

Will that same HSF handle the new 3.2 dual core chip, or am I going to need to get something else?
