Well lately I've been using this coolermaster fan w/ AC5
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16835103167 and its quiet but my idle temps are around 42C load at 55-60C
I put the stock fan on with AC5 and its even worse. 45C idle and I dont even want to try load. I'm using
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16811233002
that case, but the side panel has 2 intake fans, one intake in the front, and 2 exhaust in the back so airflow isnt really a problem.
Can anybody tell me what I did wrong or a good hsf out there for a good price?

Or go super cheap, with the Arctic Alpine 64, my core is idles at 34C ambient room @27C ..The T.I.M material that arctic uses is good stuff.

That is a nice Case you have there, something seems off ....

they make retention brackets for the XP-90 series so that it can fit any socket. (AM2, 775,939,754,478)

and the bracket on the Arctic cooler really blows
