I sometimes think it's easier buying new equipment than old eq. Any suggestions for a cheap, quiet, hsf for a 1900+ that won't be OC'd?

Here's a good one. Only thing I would suggest is remove the thermal pad on the bottom and use some higher quality cooling grease instead. Plus it looks like it would fit with your "'sshhhhhh', I said to my computer, and it was quiet" theme.
