pls recommend hsf for althon1.4
i'm not into overclocking...
the main things i'm looking for:
1) acceptable cooling performance
2) quiet
3) easy to fix

I would imagine (since you don't care to overclock and such) your best option would be to buy a retail 1.4GHz chip and just use the stock hsf. I'm sure it's adequate for normal use. If you want to run just a little cooler, perhaps you can check out the alpha pal6035. It'll be a little louder though and is good if you ever change your mind on overclocking.
