I started my online savings acct a couple months ago when they were offering it at 4.7% and it went up to 5.05% recently. Can't beat it for a savings acct w/ no w/drawal penalties and only a $1 to open an acct. Anyone else have an account open w/ HSBC?

I have HSBC and ING, and I moved all my money from HSBC to ING. Why? Just because I find ING's website easier to use, less of a hassle, and their transfer policies seem easier as well.

I don't like that it takes 3 days to do a transfer w/ HSBC or the fact that the website is a little confusing... but hell w/ the interest rates at where they're at, I'm willing to deal with it.

Tell me about it. ING is only paying 3.35% here in Canada.
