HPNA or MoCA?

So I'm moving in to a new place that does not have ethernet cabling. Currently, I'm using Uverse which includes HPNA in their STBs and residential gateway, but Uverse isn't available at my new house.

So, I need to find a way to get Ethernet over the existing COAX because I'm crotchety and don't like wireless. Running cable isn't really an option, either, because it's vaulted ceilings and on a concrete slab. And it's a rental.

I'll be using Comcast for Internet access, not that it matters much.

MoCA has been around longer, but it seems like HPNA is compatible with more stuff (satellite).

The items I'm looking at are both Actiontec:

ECB2200 Ethernet over MoCA: http://www.actiontec.com/products/product.php?pid=192
ECB1000 HPNA Ethernet over COAX: http://www.actiontec.com/products/product.php?pid=81

Does anyone have any experience with either of these devices or have any other recommendations? Cost isn't a HUGE object, but cheaper is always better.

both work but don't expect rated speeds.

maybe 1mm flatwire is an option? works fine for me pushing gigabit iscsi. out the window and up back upstairs.
