HP zt3000 memory question

Newegg has some nice looking memory:
KINGMAX 512MB DDR 333 SODIMM- Model MSAC22D OEM

The PC2100 is 102.50 for a 512mb stick. While the pc2700 is 50 cents more.

I am just curious if any of you x1000 users, or new zt3000 people have any comments or suggestions regarding this memory and/or DDR speed.

Make sure you only order one stick! The laptop supports two, but only one is user upgradeable!

using www.x1000forums.com, I've found the other slot, but it's under the keyboard, and shouldn't not be attempted by non-techs.
Good thing I'm a tech!
