HP ZR2740w vs Dell U2711

Which monitor is a better choice for gaming and movie viewing? Dell has a better response time but has a much higher input lag HP on the other hand doesn't have an OSD which is a huge minus for me. What do you think? Unfortunately those two monitors are the only widely available 27'' 1440p monitors in my country so I don't have a huge choice.

What about that huge 30ms input lag? It's almost 2 frames of lag. Will it be noticeable?
