What makes this monitor $70 better than the 23" Acer LCD that was $110 at Newegg until 12/16? That monitor has over 500 reviews, and five eggs. i ordered one.

It is a good looking monitor though, I'll give it that much. I wish companies would try to cut the size of the vertical bezel down for multiple setups though.

I would like an answer to that as well. I own two of their monitors - w2408h and zr24w. I love them both.

Well if you think thinner is better go for it I guess. You could have bought the HP 2311 from Staples or Quill.com recently for ~$80 - $86. Same size, and I bet it's got exactly the same picture, which is way too bright out of the box. I had to turn the brightness down to zero, and the contrast down in to the twenties to avoid being blinded.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a thread killer. I guess I did it without trying. This just wasn't a hot deal.
