HP W2558hc

I am planning a summer build and was thinking of a HP W2558hc 25.5". Is anyone familiar with this monitor? I need a good quality as I have an eye problem.

I do think it's a TN panel so the quality will not be top notch.

Not sure of your budget, but the HP 2475w is nop notch, it's an IPS panel. Around $600. Incredible monitor.
