HP User Guide CD doesn't show graphics

😕

Even after HP sent a new CD (for AIO HP J6480 printer), when clicking on a "Show me" graphic or highlighted link in the Help/User Guide portion, I get no graphics. Just a little hourglass that pops up for an eyeblink; then nothing happens. I've tried a different computer and different CD or DVD drives, still nothing. No error message or anything happens. Have never (until now) had graphics problems on my computers. So all I can see is the text. ??

The question is what format are the images in and do you have the application needed to view them? Also are you opening the guide with the correct program?

There's a little image of a camera followed by: Show me how to load media, the Properties of which show javascript:d0e5926.Click() So it's using javascript, I guess.

Have never had a problem with javascript things before, at least not to my knowledge. And on two computers at the same time? I don't tinker or fine-tune things and wouldn't know what to do with a graphic setting if my life depended on it.

I'll get the hang of this forum yet! Here's what I QuickReplied by mistake:
