HP Stream 4g Version

Does the 4g version mean that it has the hardware installed to use data over wifi? We were thinking of getting a stream for my wife to use for school, but we anticipated we'd need one of those dongles from att to use cellular. Does the 4g version mean the hardware is already installed and we just need to add the device to our data plan?
 
Yup, I assume it works with ATT. I reckon the free 200mb a month is offered through t-mobile, but I may be wrong on both ends. 🙂

Either way, it is built-in. No dongle required
 
Thanks. I just realized I accidentally posted this question in 2 different forums. Mods feel free to delete this one or the other one in mobile devices.

I think we'll be going with the stream 11" or 13". We'll see.
