HP PSC2210 vs PSC2110? Is the extra $100+ worth it?

I currently have an HP 4450 Scanner and an HP 880C, and in the interests of
saving real estate and upgrading my printing ability, I am wondering if anyone has
used the PSC2210 and/or PSC2110, and has an opinion on whether the
extra $$$ for the PSC2210 is justified?

I have no need for a fax, as I don't use it, and I have a fax modem if I did.
I also have an HP LaserJet 6P for my laserjet/draft requirements. The
color printer gets used mostly by the wife to print greeting cards, and I
use it on occassion when I want to do something colorful.

Thanks for your opinions.
