I have recently heard some complaints that HP's support was not as good as it used to be. However, I just had a difficult time installing some drivers on a deskjet 845c (exe file would not run) and I must say their support was excellent. I was able to get two emails from them inside of an hour and now have it up and running like a champ. Of course it sucked that it didn't run great from the start, but life isn't perfect.
Thought I would pass it on, HP support seems to be doing great. Now if we could get some motherboard and gfx card manufacturers to do the same...
