HP printer problems

I have a HP 1100 and it keeps grabbing more than one sheet at a time.
I have already cleaned it for the third time does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem?
 
get different paper that is a little bit heavier/thicker... I use Xerox multipurpose Primary Image paper (they say it is 99.9% jam free, bought it at Staples, 1000 sheets for $7), and I don't seem to have the problem...
