HP Printer Problem

I have a HP printer, 41xx series.
I have a word document with dimensions 4.5x6.25.
I have a paper setting for the HP with dimensions 4.5x6.25.
My margins are set correctly.
When I try to print the word document using the said paper size, the document is pushed exactly one inch to the left from the edge of the paper.
Any thoughts as to what might be causing this? I?m using the stock in the first tray for odd sized media.
