HP Plotter Doesn't Plot All Jobs

I've got 2 HP DesignJet 800 plotters in the office, and while one has no problem receiving data and printing multiple jobs one after another, the other has major issues. It only accepts one job at a time.

Each device has 96 MB of memory (standard), receives data fine as per the LCD display from all WinXP machines, and are plotting AutoCAD 2004 applications.

Any ideas why this one plotter is having issues managing the queue?

perhaps the jetdirect print server on it needs a firmware update. have u tried contacting HP support?
 
I just updated both to A.02.12 and the issue still persists. This is what HP support recommended as well.

Have you made sure that all settings are identical on both machines, and on both printer queues?
