My father in law has an older (5-6 years) HP laser printer at home. He called this evening to say that now, when he prints, there's a 2" black streak down the left hand side of the paper, all the way down. I don't know too much about laser printers. Could this mean that the toner cart. is bad? Or might there be another problem?
Any other ideas you may have would be much appreciated.
