HP L1955 vs other flat panels like the Dell 1905FP

What do you guys think of the HP L1955 compared to like the Dell UltraSharp 1905FP? Is it an 8-bit panel?

I'm just trying to find a flat panel to replace my CRT that has a good picture while being decent to play games with.

Yes it is a 8-bit S-MVA panel. It should be all around better panel than the dell, faster response time, and is a very bright monitor(1000:1 contrast ratio). And stand has superb features, actually this monitor really looks like a steal for $350AR $50 rebate.

Edit:WOW also just noticed this panel features 4 usb ports, read some reviews too, seems to be a very good buy. I actually wish that they had this deal when i was in the market of 19".
