HP Designjet 10PS Prints Out of Register

Awhile ago, we purchased a relatively high end HP Designjet 10PS injet printer. However, it has always printed out of register (there is like image ghosting - much like what you'd see on a television).

I believe I have the latest drivers, and have tried calibrating the printer... but the issue is still unresolved. Anyone have any tips for correcting this problem?
