Great burner, got one installed myself. But, I'm not too sure if this is a hot deal, especially with the deals on the 24x and 32x burners that have been posted lately.
 
Sorry to say this is a cold deal, if it were external it would be warm. My TDK 24/10/40 burner cost less even before rebates and it isn't hard to find one for a silmilar price after rebates.
 
it's great as a heads up though(it's been on clearance FOREVER). i don't think these are in the area anymore, but i held MY tongue. leave the post alone if you don't like the deal.
