I want to upgrade my fathers modem for Christmas for a surprise, So I called My mom to get the model number HP 7125. Is this a PCI or strickly a ISA board in this machine?

I've searched the web and HP's site, there are no online manuals.

Please no speculations, only answer if you have the facts!

Thanks

You are in for a world of pain with that machine

I would buy an external, the case screws strip like they are made of butter, and you have about a 50% chance of something else breaking just by futzing with it because that model line was evil

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. That is the machine(same as lori's) I will probably be building him a new computer in the Gighz range after Christmas, but in the mean time I want to give him a 56k modem(I can use in his new machine as well)

Thanks again
