I am trying to upgrade a freinds Hp 6470Z computer with an AGP graphics card.
I went into bios and changed the settings from PCI to AGP and it will not boot to video.
One stange thing on his PC when I right click my computer I can not get to divice manager.
The OS is Windows 98.
How can I change the video card?
