I can play D3 on my Geforce3 at 640x480 with mid to low detail. Works just fine but I'm waiting for a 6600GT to play anymore... Point is, this card should pack enough punch to play it at a somewhat decent resolution. Maybe not without all the eye candy but not everyone cares about that.

Seeing as an fx5200 is generally slower than a gf3 (especially if it has 64 bit memory, which this one may or may not have), I don't really think it'll have enough punch to play it with good frame rates at virtually any level.
