Howto Remove Northbridge Fan from mobo?

I Have a dead fan. I have a spare 40mm fan to replace it, but I want to rip off the old one from the mobo. It has a strange harness. How to take it out?
 
Don't have the motherboard you listed in the sig. but I got a picture of it and looks like just unscrew the 4 screws and out it goes, along with connector.
 
Taking fan off the heatsink easy, but... the power connecter to the fan, its some strange clip. Its held in very well.
