Howto Install ChipSet Drivers

hey everyone, quick question.

How would I go about updating my chipset drivers? Would I uninstall them with Driver cleaner, or the Nvidia add/remove programs entry?

Should this be done in safe mode? Thanks.
 
I've never bothered getting fancy with the NVidia chipset updates and just flat out installed them. I'm pretty sure they require a reboot to initiate anyways, so you are safe on any account.

 
So , I dont need to uninstall the old ones?

Sounds like a good deal. I'm trying out the Remix 6.53 Drivers for NF3 (they're nf4 drivers that work on nf3). I hear they help with stability, and fix a few problems.
