Holy beans that Corsair memory is way overpriced. You can get the cas 2-2-2-5 corsair at 2 x 512 at PC3200 for that price. Either find a better price for that ram or get the lower latency. (If you are not overclocking than it is debatable but the ram will probably last longer than your video card so I would get better ram

Oppps that was the ram I was getting - now to change it. What do you think about that ram there BTW? Also if I get a 2800+ couldn't I just OC it to 3000+ speeds with out any extra cooling hardware needed?

If you're getting an LCD, i recommend the Samsung 172X. AT has a good review of it.

I probably should've said this in the beginning: I'm going to college with this computer and don't want to spend more than two grand. As it is I'm pushing the limits of my budget. I know that the 172x is a great monitor, but it's way too expensive for this build. Right now my main focus is cut some fat off of the system - mainly where I can OC something so it performs to what I have now or better. Thanks for your help tho, I really appreciate it.

System's been ordered and I'm just waiting for the final shipment. I'll post some pictures/benches when I get it fully assembled.
