I would go with a 3200+ venice and if you know how, over clock it.

whats the wattage on that psu? (420W should be enough unless you wanna OC like mad)
i reccomend OCZ ram, if youve got the cash, the get lowest latencies possible, a64's work best w/ low latencies

I used to be a big recommender of the 3200+ over the 3000+, but i've realized that unless you have plans to hit over 2.7 GHz while OCing (not very likely anyway), the 3000+ is fine with a good motherboard like you have there.

The 3200+ runs at 10*200 (2000 MHz) while the 3500+ runs at 11*200 (2200 MHz).

Since so far nearly all Venice 3xxx+ series CPUs will hit the same OCed levels, buying a 3500+ would be pretty much a waste of money unless you aren't OCing.

I really don't know how to overclock but I want to get into to it. It seems confusing, can you help me?

How would a dfi board eat up 480 watts of power? through some low end products and I think you could get by with a 400 watt PSU.
