How's this look for a build?

I'm about to order parts for my cousin. His requirements are simple: fast, but non-gaming, stock everything.

CPU: A64 S939 3500+ Venice Core

Mobo: Asus A8N5X nForce4 (unsure)

Video Card: Sapphire X300SE (unsure)

Floppy: Samsung Internal Floppy Drive

I already have the HD. His total budget is $500-600 and use for just general applications like movies, music, websurfing, etc. The only thing I am unsure is the motherboard and definately the video card. I have no experience with the X300SE or really a non-gaming low-budget video card. My cousin just wants speed, everything at stock, and non-gaming. So I would like to find a s939 mobo <$100 and a pci-e 16 video card <$80. But everything else I'd stick the same, how does everything look so far?

For his uses an A64 is overkill. I would suggest a socket 754 Sempron 64 2600+ and a Biostar GeForce 6100. You won't need a video card since the motherboard has decent onboard. I also doubt he needs 1GB. Just get a single 512MB stick and add another later if he really needs it.

This is a good recommendation, but I do think it may even be a better ideo to drop down to socket 754 and get a Sempron. An A64 is overkill.

Well, he says his cousin wants speed but no gaming...if he works with pictures (like Photoshop), then he will need the higher memory and the CPU will help a bit as well (though the Ram is more important). If it were me, I'd drop it down to a 3200+, but get 2GB of RAM.

He said "...use for just general applications like movies, music, websurfing, etc." It definitely doesn't sound like he will be doing any Photoshop work.
