Have we established a fondness for Teddy Bears or Music Boxes? I usually gave girlfriends gifts that are something I recall them wanting or something that seemed to fit their personality.... even though she wasn't a huge wine drinker, the set of Reidel red wine glasses I got a gf who did like to lavish herself in luxuries went over pretty well. I heard she's been using them long after we split.... still is. Granted, she finds it amusing to drink beer out of, but that's her thing.
