Looks good, seems like you did your homework. One concern is that you are going to be running 1080p with the 320mb 880gts, which will put a lot of stress on the card. 320mb is ideal for a maximum of 1600x1200 at the highest settings. Also go for the Seagate 7200.10 with 16mb cache. Interesting power supply, had never seen it before, looks cool, good reviews, but I think for the price you could find something with more amps on the 12v rails.

Also if you do not mind buying from elsewhere besides Newegg, the hot deals has some PQI ram at the same speeds for $110. Here http://shop4.outpost.com/product/4909421.
