Download Darik's Boot and Nuke from Sourceforge. Install it properly onto a floppy. Label. Keep away from floppy drives. Make a mistake, and your data's gone. Permanently.

Yep, just d/l the whole ultimate boot CD. All the tools on one disk, no "oops, I booted to the wrong disk".
