Water will be falling from the sky tomorrow in the mid-Atlantic states, heavier east than west. I wonder what effect, if any, this has on the outcome. Per this article: http://www.accuweather.com/reg...asp?region=southusnews

"The rain and wind could affect voter turnout. History shows that fair weather favors Democrats, while rainy or stormy weather is a good omen for Republicans."

Could be a factor in areas like Hampton Roads and Raleigh/Durham. Charleston too, but SC not in play.

It's supposed to rain here in Utah, but I don't expect it to affect the outcome.

The conventional wisdom would say the large cities are on the Atlantic ocean and therefore it could depress the large democratic vote in those cities.
