How's the weather in you area? Is it spring yet?

It's been really nice here for about 2 weeks. No rain, sunny, warm. Heck, I've been driving around with the AC on or the windows down. The high temp for today should be 67 degrees. Is the rest of the country feeling this, or is it still winter in some places?

picture from my window, right now.

It's been averaging about 70 here in New Orleans for the past couple of weeks, but today an arctic blast is moving down to us, and we're supposed to drop to the 30s with 30mph winds. Lovely.

Its pretty nice here in asheville, nc. i just noticed something weird though....it is currently 65 degrees with a high of 57 today.

We ate outside on the picnic tables by our corporate cafeteria today in the full view of sunshine. It was a tad windy, but I didn't need a jacket...weird for Feb 26 in Philly. However, it's only supposed to reach 42 degrees tomorrow. This "nice" weather is rather bad because we need precipitation badly. A 2 foot blizzard would be very helpful, despite the obvious short-term pains.

It's cold as a witch's t!tt!e here in Kansas City. Snowed last night, roads are frozen over, 16 degrees fahrenheit with 18 mph winds and a wind chill of ZERO. Anyone who has warm weather sucks very much right now...:|😉

about -2 centegrade (271 kelvins?) with a good 30 mph wind and light snow. It's hardly supposed to break freezing this week. Ahh Chicago, how do I love you.

Houston has it worse; it'll get down to 16 tonight--the coldest it's been in a couple years if memory serves.

i can't complain although we have had a cold spell and it was down to a brisky low 70's here in Cancun the other day. 🙂

<< Is it spring yet? >>

Nah! That was last week. Here, in L.A., it's pretty close to summer, already. It's supposed to get up around 80, today, but it'll be down to the mid 70's by Friday. 🙂

If you're curious, this year, winter happened on a Thursday. 😉

Not too bad here in Nor Cal, but we still have some freezing nights. My girlfriend in Irvine says it is beautiful down there. You So Cal people suck!

<< HI, I live in arizona - we only have 2 seasons.

Summer and light summer.

true dat. we were in the 80's this weekend...but i was in denver. it was 70 there! on saturday Denver hit a record of like 72! supposed to be mid 70s this week in Phx.

Very nice here in SC. It has been near 70 almost every day for the past week or two. Too bad like the guy in New Orleans said, its going to get cold soon. I believe tomorrow all the way through Friday is going to be cold.

we just got some snow up here in minnesota, but its weird because last week it was like in the 40's and it seemed that winter was all over. at least in st paul.

I think pretty much everybody east of the Rockies are supposed to be feeling the pinch of that new cold front shortly. It was mid-70s here in Birmingham, AL this weekend. I was outside working in the yard, trying to get an early start on my tan. Now it's 35 degrees out with about 20 mph steady winds. The wind chill tonight is supposed to get down to below zero which is VERY cold by Alabama standards. So much for taking off an afternoon this week to go play golf 🙁 It should be back to 60s and 70s though in a few weeks.

Well, the trees out front sure think it is. They're blooming. They're in for a suprise tomorrow though, cold front coming in. 🙁

It has been raining nearly constantly for about two weeks here now and there are lots of flood warnings all around.
The car park I usually go in at work is effectively a lake now.
It has been really windy for the last couple of days, this morning one of the trees in our garden had blown over and two fence panels have blown over having been ripped out of the concrete post which held them in.

So yeah, the weather is great here.

It was really pleasant this past weekend here in Denver-Boulder....but after the Arctic Blast....it's now reallly cold. 21 degrees now...but at least it's sunny. 🙂

Granted Southern California weather is always "summer" to you people, it's been Spring weather for the entire Winter season. There has been very little rain, very little cold weather, and even less snow. This really sucks for me, since I wanted to go snowboarding a lot this winter but the man-made "packed ice" isn't very comforting. What a horrible winter season....

It's been in the 70's for the lie the past half year. =P Eh... it's Southern California.
