10 is crap, as well as 11 - avoid them!
But 12 is a complete redesign from it's predecessors, it is great value cooler.

Get the Zalman CNSP7000B-AlCu or the Cu at Amazon.com for around $30. Quiet and a great cooler. I'm using three of them in my computers and all work great. Zalman website also has nice installation video to help you make the switch. Good cooler at a reasonable price.
