prodigy, I saw your thread posted before but was in a rush. I'm gonna have to say Venom...but unfortuantely his major weakness is >120db noise, which everyone found out about and ultimately exploited.

I think the suit was actually a parasite that attached itself to humans and made the host evil/stronger/cockier/drool alot. Spiderman in fact briefly wore the suit (he became Venom on the cartoon, don't know about the comic), and began suffering from all these things, so I guess that Venom (or the suit) is stronger, by quite a bit. The suit originally came from outer space on a shuttle, and ironically Spiderman defeated it the same way as a launch was underway. (conveniently enough)
