Why bother cleaning it? I bring it outside a couple times a year and use canned air to clean off the fans and blow out the dust but don't bother to make everything sparkle as I don't spend a lot of time looking at the inside of my case.😛

However, I do keep my monitor spotless. 😀

I have a clear side,
and I sneeze around dust so I need to have it somewhat clean

Be careful about spraying the fans with canned air as you might blow out the lubricant and then the fans become squeaky and annoying and eventually die a premature death.
