How's T-mobile coverage in North/central NJ?

I heard nationwise, they only cover some highway. But how's coverage in North/ central NJ nowadays?

looking to a cheap family plan, and get a gsm tri band phone.
May be from a1wireless or amazon

i read AT&T has TDMA with their GO (pre-paid) and gsm on the regular plan.

T-Mobile has only GSM, so yes, it'll be the same network.

T-mobile works well for me. I'm in northern NJ.

ATT and T-Mobile have a bad dead spot in Englewood Cliffs, NJ if you are looking around there.

I'm by giant's stadium, and coverage is good.

Verizon is pretty good too, but their pre-paid phones suck.
