very nice job, i don't know about the pic of the switchboard taking up half the space on every page though.
 
You should redo those images as JPEG's with a 90% quality compression. Those gif's are way too big (file size).

And you should make your logo text a brighter green, it's too dark.

The look is ok.

There is much that could be done about CSS, XHTML standards compliancy within the code itself.

And lets not talk about web accessibility.

But of course, who cares about that crap anyway 🙂
