How's Asus' p4s8x mobo?

Hey guys, I thought I would go for a p4s8x mobo as it fits my budget and performs well. But I've heard that there r some severe stability issues with the board. Is it true? Should I go for the board? Please advice.

Reading the bad stories at the newegg reviews I steared clear and got a BH7.... then the next day (yesterday) they had IT7 Max ver2 refurbs for $99 so I got one of those too. some guy got 2 bad boards in a row too bad good features good price so/so reliability.
