I've ordered $15k in product in the past two months from amazon. out of all of them, one item didn't work and they took it back and paid for shipping, another item never arrived(even though UPS said they left it on the porch), they immediately sent another item. Amazon is great.

P.S. - Amazon Prime is totally worth it

Doesn't look that good to me.

I'm surprised they're that low...I never heard of anyone having a problme with them.

People are more prone to leave comments when things go sour. And I'm guessing since Amazon makes so many sales they can't try to buy off their resellerratings. PLus I'm pretty sure they dont give a crap since a lot of their volume comes from people who have no idea what resellerratings.com is.

I recently ordered a wood lathe from Amazon.com -- free shipping, no tax; this thing is 79lbs so it was well worth it... It arrived 2 days ago; damaged! >.< So I fill out the return form and request a replacement. Within a few hours, I receive a "Sorry" email and then a day later, a "We shipped your replacement email"; that same day I received the "shipped" email, UPS came by again to pickup the damaged merchandise. Today, I received the Lathe (via FedEx 2day) and it's a-ok.

I was inconvenienced for 2 days, but overall, am satisfied with my purchase. The return shipping and replacement shipping were free-of-charge.

<3 Amazon.com :)

amazon is such an everyday shopping experience that nobody bothers to post feedback for them unless something bad happens (which rarely happens, but does exist considering how many orders go through).

read all posts in the thread before making a silly comment. :p

I know they're good, I love em, too. Just pointing out their surprisingly low RSR.

And it's not too surprising if you read what ed21x had said.

For example, look at Best Buy, Sears, CompUSA, Circuit City, Fry's-Outpost. Their scores are abysmal, yet we shop there with confidence.
