I remeber there was a tab called smart something, but I don't see it anymore.

i have smartgart in my control panel, but i can't enable fast writes.

You should dissable it in bios

Hmmmm uninstall and reinstall both 3.1 and 3.2 control panel and still no smartgart. I don't have fast write in my bios.

I found a way to show smartgart. Go to run line and type smargart. 🙂

No benefits and I heard it gives more stablity.
