How would you kill someone without getting caught?

Just by watching the news and all the crime shows on TV, I'm sure with today's technology it's getting pretty difficult to kill someone without leaving some kind of clues that would lead back to you.

So what would the "perfect murder" be? How could it be pulled off?
 
1. Tell everyone that the person whom you'll be murdering has weapons of mass destruction (weapons of mass destruction = optional)
2. Kill that person
3. Get away scott free!

You need:

A large freezer, a hack saw, a wood chipper, and a large body of water.



Or so I've been told. :Q
 
Theoretically I would:

1. Lure them somewhere remote on a false pretense (without making a call to set it up).

2. Do the deed with an item untraceable to you (no firearms).

3. Dump car + body in nearby flooded quarry. Remember to lower the windows and chain down the body so it dosen't float up.

4. Clean your car inside and out, destroy all clothing worn by fire along with any other evidence. Remember to dump the murder weapon somewhere else (lake or river).

5. Go home.



 
One thing to think about- you only hear about the cases they've solved. All the other cases are buried under the rug. There are tens of thousands of missing people out there. Undoubtedly some of them were victims of a perfect crime.

Where's Jimmy Hoffa? Who killed him?
 
I would become their best friend and start cooking for them, but slowly adding a type of poison I designed into their food a little more each time. It should kill them in 80 years I estimated
 
I think it would be easy. First off, buy new cloths. Use cash. Destroy deciept. The new cloths most likely wont have any hairs from you on there or anything relating to you. Then o kill your person, go home, make coffee, and kick back. 90% of people get caught because they have a previous record, tell people, or are seem feuding with someone.

Seriously, go like 20 miles away, find a random nd kill them, then go home. Bet you dont get caught
