I can assure you, I am not B/Sing here. It is not lying about a gun, in an "intense" moment, you could say "I was scared and I thought he was pointing a gun at me." The idea there was to get the cops to respond a little quicker. If you just say it's a drunk driver, they'll be like "Oh, that's nice. But there is a 3 for 1 deal at the 7-11..."

The guy was not tough, he was ACTING tough. If I stepped out of the car, I am sure he would have punked out. He WOULD NOT have hit me first, he might yell and possibly push me, but he would not have the balls to swing at me. Personally, I had nothing to prove by getting into a fight with him and his friend, nor did I want to leave my girlfriend alone in the car. Plus this was in the middle of traffic, NOT the place to pull a Jet Li.

Actually, wife was a typo. :) We're engaged, but not married yet. Might as well be my wife with all the $$$ she costs me. hahaha But no, SHE was not going to be the flagger. I told the guy in the car that we were calling up some people who would act as flaggers. I was trying to stall him long enough for the cops to come by. Obviously, I was trying to insult his intelligence (not that he had any at all), because who would wait around for ME to call MY FRIEND. Seriously, this guy was probably a flunky with a rich mommy and daddy who bought him his wittle WRX.

As far as the 911 operator telling us to drive to stop so a cop can find us clearly shows the incompetence you deal with. Had this been a serious emergency, I would probably be in the hostpital with gunshot wounds, or even dead. Calling 911 isn't like some magic safety net, where the cops arrive just in the knick of time. My girlfriend now agrees that a GLOCK is a worthwhile investment. :D
