My advice, seriously, don't mess with their stuff. No matter how annoying they are, if you damage their stuff, they hold the moral and legal high ground. Messing with someone else's things is IMO pretty wrong. If, of course, they have acted against your posessions first, all bets are off 😀

sorry, i just find it funny that the land"owner" aka subletter doesnt know their own rights in this situation. you "own" the property, you have most the rights of the original owner in your relationship to the subletteee...

so, just evict their ass. give em 30 days notice, then evict. simple as that.
 
Well lebe0024 and i have this jerk as a roomate. He's a pretty boy and does his hair 7-10 times a day, and he uses this STINKY ultra hold hairspray. Now he has a tint of urine in his hair spray bottle. Giving himself a golden shower 7-10 times a day.

You need to pick up that fart-in-a-bottle stuff and put some in.
