She needs to cool it on the upper body work. If she toned down the chest and arms, she'd look a lot better -- not that she hasn't improved immensely. Triceps and pecs really shouldn't be that large on a woman -- it looks like her breasts are going to pop off.

I have the feeling that she doesn't care about looks at this point, given the little chart about her bench press increase.

Oh, I forgot to answer the OP...I'd love it, actually. The change in health would be extremely welcome.

I agree, because at any point she could let herself go and it would probably be years before she would be unnattractive again... not that she wasnt attractive at her previous state, because she looked like a real woman..

but i'd love to know my spouse was that healthy. (assuming she's healthy and not permenantly jacked up on sterrroids)..

and i bet in her day to day look, shes not quite as cut.

womens skeletal structure isn't made for such muscle growth.
i remember seeeing a documentary on the east german olympic program called the great olympics drug scandal revealed. some of the women who were drugged had joint problems later in life because of the unnatural level of muscle growth and load they had.
