What if it's the truth?

Then you should divorce your wife/break up with your girlfriend.

Why contradict yourself?

[slut] does not equal "attention-whore".

I'd hope you're smart enough to distinguish between the two.

If you do not understand the difference, you have some issues with women.

Ok, so you were referring to being an attention whore at 18? My mistake, however, my point remains -- why would you dump someone for being a 'whore' if people can change?

Yes. When I was 18, I just started dating, discovering boys, attention, etc. In high school, I didn't get any attention, I was the biggest dork ever (prez of the Physics & Astronomy club, internet club, etc. :p ), and was surprised to actually get some attention when I entered college. I discovered ATOT because I was looking for a webcam, and posted some very embarrassing (now that I look back on it) threads with tons of pictures, enjoying all the replies.

I'm seven years older now, though... and things have changed. I have a career, a wonderful fiance who I love with all my heart, and a much different attitude about things/life. I don't need attention from strangers anymore, and I actually avoid it as much as possible nowadays.

And I agree, people can change... but if a male/female "whore" cheats in a relationship and you can't deal with them, then dump them. Some people have the patience and love to stick with them through it... others don't. Pick whichever works best for you.

Grow up. You're acting as childish as the person who called you a whore in the first place.

Making an e-threat. That'll really show him!

I do NOT believe it is okay to call anyone a whore. I think it's very disrespectful, and makes this a hostile and unfriendly place. There's a reason ATOT doesn't allow people to name-call certain names, i.e. "b!tch," etc.

Macbaine was banned for several months because he called me the same name for no reason whatsoever. If no lines are drawn, this place degenerates even further.

Then you take it to the Mods via PM. No reason to draw even more attention to yourself to give all the people who think you're an attention-whore more fuel for the fire.

If the comments of individuals that don't know you, don't mean anything to you, and will never meet you in real life bother you that much, I think you need to get your priorities straight.

Also, you think that the posters actions make this a hostile and unfriendly place, correct? Then WTF does an e-threat do, may I ask?

What do you mean by an e-threat?

I'd watch what you say, kid. My fiance reads the forums, and I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate that.

I actually saw someone with that sticker on their car. If they pulled up to pick up my daughter they would be KTFO.

Back to the topic... on the intraweb who the F cares? In person get the ice ready.

referring to your comment in your other thread about how somebody should watch it cause your boyfriend reads these threads. Not sure that was what he meant, but I think thats it. Doesn't sound to threatening

That wasn't an e-threat. That was a request for him to watch what he says, because it could hurt someone unintentionally. As I explained, it wasn't a silly "watch what you say or you're gonna have your azz beat!" threat, it was a serious request to be more considerate.

you admit that you were actively seeking attention in your earlier years on the net...and got it and continue to get it

you do realize you can not simply say hey guys i am older and wiser and no longer want all the attention...

it doesnt work that way...you opened the flood gates and now it is too late....and making threads like this will only make it worse and fuel the fires

it looks like you are getting more than you bargained for and now dont like it and have no way to stop it....

just make a new internet persona and pray no one finds out you are happykitty/tomato

That would suck if your girlfriend did that. :(

It would suck even worse if an idiot hacker pretended to be your girlfriend and did that, though. :p

it would suck worse if no proof can be brought forward by some sort of authority regarding the hack either!

Not gonna take sides... cause I dont know the OP really well, but I think it is a bit OTT for ppl to be so foul mouthed. Come on, please.. there are a lot of threads on here that are much worse, but a lot worse posters that dont get 1/2 the bashing, name calling and vulgarity.

This is getting a bit out of hand.

If I knew it was a joke, I'd say something about how its great to have a slut all to yourself...because hey, ive been there, and it is.

If they were serious and it was supposed to be degrading, I'd hurt them.

If it were someone I didn't know? On ATOT? I probably wouldn't really care, because its fvcking ATOT.....but I'd e-sh!t talk back because thats what the cool kids do.

God e-sh!t talking is fun.

My pride doesn't extend to the lengths of me puffing my chest out whenever someone hurls an insult. Of course I wouldn't appreciate it, but words are words and they're not gonna get under my skin if someone says "your girlfriend is a slut/whore/etc", whatever, not worth getting upset about, you're the asshole, not me.

"How would you feel if someone called your girlfriend/wife a whore?"

It'd be beatdown time, no questions asked. One thing I don't tolerate is insulting my wife/fiancee. I have no problem if they want to go after me, or if she's there with me so she can defend herself, but I won't put up with people badmouthing her.

i would do the same, if it was in a forum, and she didn't like it, she would be smart enough not to go there no more.
