How would you distribute a file larger than 2 megs to your friends?

I have an audio file of a lecture I need to distribute to the attendants of the lecture.
I took the audio and encoded it down to 56 meg mp3 file, but that is still too big for Gmail's 25 meg file size limit.
Ideas?

Rapidshare or Megaupload

With Rapidshare the file can only be downloaded 10 times unless you have a collector's or premium account (collector's accounts are free to make, though). No such limit with Megaupload, so would probably be better if you don't want to screw around with making a new account.

I'd use RapidShare, too. I'd also send them a link to skipscreen if they use FireFox.

well a possability is using winrar to cut the split the archive in half and then send the split archives via gmail.

I think you get max of 2.5GB, start at 2GB, each referral gives you extra 250MB.
